Iona Ventilation design, manufacture & install Commercial Kitchen
Ventilation Systems.

Iona work closely with architects and mechanical services contractors.
Extract systems consist of a bespoke
Canopy (or Cooker Hood) linked to a fan with associated ducting.
Canopies are;
· Manufactured in 304 stainless steel.
· Comply with the Food Hygiene Act.
· Easily cleaned with safe edges in all accessible areas.
· Can be fitted with baffle filters.
· Can be fitted with fluorescent lighting.
· Can be fitted with grease drain cups.
Canopy types manufactured by Iona can
be;
· Wall mounted
· Island mounted.
· Counter / Passover mounted for Bain Marie or Hot Plate Servery.
· Eyebrow mounted for use with cooking ovens.

Make up Air Systems consist of a fresh
air supply fan providing air which can be filtered and temperature
controlled if desired. Air can be supplied through the canopy fascia
which both cools operatives and contains cooking odours within the
cooking area.

· HVCA Guides to DW Standards
· Building Control Authorities
· Environmental Health Departments
· Historical Scotland regulations covering modifications to existing
establishments.
